Please take a moment to re-read the User's Agreement so that you are aware of NCTC's policies regarding internet usage, billing and payments.

Simply fill in your NCTC Username and Password below and click Login. The next page will show you the dates and ending time of each connection that you have logged in for the current month and your total usage for the month.

Internet usage is measured from the 26th of one month to the 25th of the next month.

Usage is calculated on the 25th of every month and will show up on the next month's phone bill, the hours you used will NOT show up on your phone bill, just the charges. Below is a chart of the costs per hour for over time.

10 hour plan - (INET1 - $12.95) $3 per hour every hour or partial hour over 10
60 hour plan - (INET4 - $17.95) $2 per hour every hour or partial hour over 60
250 hour plan - (INET2 - $24.95) $1 per hour every hour or partial hour over 250

  Your NCTC Username is the first part of your email address. For example if your email address is   This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it then your Username is johns1. Also remember that the Username and Password are both case sensitive here, that means that you should NOT use any CAPITAL letters unless you specifically have CAPITAL letters in your Username or Password.
