Conference Calling

Whether planning your next sales call, quarterly earnings conference, or requiring a meeting to review your current project, NCTC’s conferencing services will make your work day more productive.

Scheduling a conference call is easy. Simply fill out the form provided and click “Schedule Conference”. A customer service representative will email you back with the toll free access number and a pass code to access your conference bridge.

All conference calls will be billed for the actual time of the call and actual number of participants. Participants will be able to access the conference bridge as early as 15 minutes in advance of the call.

NCTC Long Distance Customer

$25.00 setup fee

12¢ per minute per participant

Non-NCTC Long Distance Customer

*$25.00 setup fee

25¢ per minute per participant

 

* The $25.00 setup fee will still apply to all conference calls that have been scheduled and later canceled
