Terri Stark has been selling corn, soybean, sunflower, forage, and alfalfa seed for fifteen years, and has been associated with AgSource Seeds, Inc. of Boone, Iowa since its inception ten years ago. Now joined by his son Jason, they sell and distribute seed to several hundred farms in Nebraska, with additional customers in South Dakota and Iowa. The Hazard warehouse, located next to town hall on Market Street, serves local farmers for seasonal needs.

This historic building originally served as an implement and repair shop owned by Fred Anderson and Clarence Trumble, and was later used as a seed store by Whitman Trumble.
