In Nuckolls county we visited the town of Superior, which is located just about a mile from the Kansas border.
 Superior hosts the annual Lady Vestey festival and parade every Memorial weekend.
 It was over 100 degrees when we traveled through, but it didn't stop the locals from picnicking in the park.
