Frontier county may be sparsely populated but it is the destination of many outdoor enthusiasts. This county does possess some nice state recreation areas:
Red Willow Reservoir, Medicine Creek and Harry Strunk Lake. If you're in to fishing, boating, camping, swimming, old fashioned wienie roasts, or ....just whatever your little heart desires, this can be a great summertime destination.
