Here is Shane (forefront) watching chef Scott, work his masterful wonders at our sizzlin' grill table.
We were sat with a nice couple who stated they had once lived in Hawaii.
Derry and Shane, are ready for the fried rice.
When I asked our chef his name, he said in his Japanese accent..."Scott, I know-I know, it not very Japanese name".
At the end of the 7 course meal, Scott flipped a shrimp into each of our mouths. Actually, his aim was pretty good!
