The Cinco De Mayo Days celebration included a parade and a carnival.  Up on the outdoor stage in downtown South Omaha, we enjoyed watching the Mexican hat dance and many other traditional songs performed by dancers in their traditional costumes. There were a number of booths including UNO recruiting future bright students, t-shirt booths and, of course, the rolling carts selling yummy burrito & ethnic Mexican delights.
