We enjoyed our drive through Candy Cane Lane,
located by Dannebrog, Howard
County # 49, NE.
Steve, Elaine and I took
our Candy Cane Lane trip December 9, 2001, on a starry
Sunday night. The weather was rather crisp but no snow yet! The Christmas
tree-lights and displays were so pretty. The farm land for Candy
Cane Lane is donated by a local farmer
who assists the Boy Scout Troop #103 in the ardent and detailed
work involved in making this rural Christmas display. Additional
kudos to the Boy Scouts on hand who were courteous and helpful in
guiding us through the beautiful tour.
